Microsoft 365 Leader Role

This leadership position plays a pivotal part in directing one of our Microsoft 365 teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operational activities of high-performing M365 professionals, providing technical guidance and mentoring to less-experienced team members, and performing scheduling, estimating, and resource planning to meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Estimating, scheduling, and ensuring sufficient resource planning to meet service level agreements and support objectives.
  • Managing performance and culture of a high-performance team.
  • Managing team workload and priorities to achieve SLAs.
  • Managing customer expectations by overseeing the support model.
  • Ensuring all escalations are addressed with effective communication back to stakeholders.
  • Developing effective working relationships with other employees to ensure the best company outcome.
  • Generating and sharing relevant knowledge, experience, and ideas with team members to build competence.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the IT industry, a strong background in Microsoft 365 technologies, and proven leadership experience in a Microsoft 365-focused role. They will also possess deep technical knowledge across one or more Microsoft 365 services and demonstrated ability to manage and deliver enterprise-level M365 solutions.
