
Front Desk Coordinator

This is a full-time opportunity to support our team in our Tuggerah centre. As a Front Desk Coordinator, you will provide high-level administrative and customer service support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients seeking assistance with various challenges.
- Respond to calls with an empathetic communication style and manage the front desk, taking inbound calls and re-directing them to staff members.
- Ensure compliance with incident management, reporting and escalation requirements.
- Maintain a clean and tidy office environment, ensuring availability of supplies and amenities.
- Organise events, training and meetings as needed.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in administration, reception or customer service roles within Community Services (preferred but not essential).
- Relevant qualifications or certification.
- A strong, confident communication style and ability to present professionally.
- Experience with dealing with distressed individuals.
- Excellent computer literacy (Microsoft Office) and verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated professional approach to handle confidential matters.
- National Criminal History Check and Working with Children's Check.
- Current NSW Driver's License and access to an insured vehicle.
