Job Title: Front Desk Coordinator

This is a full-time opportunity to support our team in our Tuggerah centre. As a Front Desk Coordinator, you will provide high-level administrative and customer service support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients seeking assistance with various challenges.
  • Respond to calls with an empathetic communication style and manage the front desk, taking inbound calls and re-directing them to staff members.
  • Ensure compliance with incident management, reporting and escalation requirements.
  • Maintain a clean and tidy office environment, ensuring availability of supplies and amenities.
  • Organise events, training and meetings as needed.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in administration, reception or customer service roles within Community Services (preferred but not essential).
  • Relevant qualifications or certification.
  • A strong, confident communication style and ability to present professionally.
  • Experience with dealing with distressed individuals.
  • Excellent computer literacy (Microsoft Office) and verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated professional approach to handle confidential matters.
  • National Criminal History Check and Working with Children's Check.
  • Current NSW Driver's License and access to an insured vehicle.
