Job Title

A Regional Digital Development Officer: L&D Specialist is being sought to design, develop, and deliver culturally appropriate e-learning content and blended training programs to enhance digital and professional capabilities of First Nations peoples.

This will involve identifying the skills required for the role against a Digital Skills Framework and developing a matrix of skill competencies.

Engaging and consulting with relevant stakeholders to define role requirements and to codesign models of delivery.

Identifying existing training or developing content to support professional development.

Facilitating both in-person and virtual training sessions to build knowledge-sharing capacity across 30 Indigenous Knowledge Centres.

Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure training programs are respectful, relevant, and aligned with Indigenous cultural values and learning styles.

Key qualifications include 5+ years' experience in training development and delivery, preferably within community and local council projects. A qualification in Training, Education, Human Resources, or other relevant field is also required.

Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS), learning tools, and virtual training platforms is necessary. Experience in producing high-quality training materials that meet project management and learning frameworks is also essential.
