Beverage Quality Specialist

Brownes Dairy is a leading dairy company in Australia, known for its innovative products and commitment to quality. As a Technical Services Officer – Beverage, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality of our beverages meets customer expectations.
The RoleYou will be responsible for coordinating quality systems in beverage manufacturing operations, providing technical assistance and advice to manufacturing teams, and investigating product failures.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure manufactured products meet agreed specifications and coordinate sensory panels to maintain product quality standards.
- Coordinate testing throughout manufacturing operations and interpret results.
- Investigate product failures and determine their cause.
- Provide feedback on operation performance regarding quality parameters and suggest improvements.
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualifications in Food Technology.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a Quality Assurance role within the food industry with HACCP and internal auditor training.
- Experience in HACCP implementation and trained as an internal auditor in food safety systems.
