Food and Beverage Server

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Food and Beverage Server to deliver exceptional customer service, work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and ensure every guest has a memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Take orders and serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner, adhering to high standards of presentation and quality.
  • Manage cash and credit transactions accurately, process payments promptly, and maintain a balanced till.
  • Upsell and promote special offers to increase revenue, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a server or within the hospitality industry is essential, showcasing ability to work calmly under pressure, meet deadlines, and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, delivering exceptional customer service with a focus on meeting expectations.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
