Speech Pathology Opportunities

We are seeking experienced Independent Speech Pathologists to join our flexible workforce.

  • Assist NDIS participants and their families in identifying needs through assessment and person-centred planning.
  • Evaluate, develop and deliver evidence-based support plans within a complex support space.
  • Develop meaningful goals and practical strategies utilising a positive behaviour support framework.

Responsibilities include working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team and ensuring individual plans reflect the participant's goals, passions and strengths.

Requirements
  • Current SPA membership
  • 2 Years NDIS Experience
  • Active ABN
  • Relevant insurance including Public Liability, Professional Indemnity insurance and Comprehensive car insurance
  • Police clearance, WWC and NDIS screener

The successful candidate will be expected to work autonomously, while also contributing to the growth and development of our multidisciplinary team. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated and dedicated Speech Pathologist to take on new challenges and make a real difference in the lives of our clients.
