About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Systems Administrator to provide high-quality technical engineering support to customers and stakeholders.
Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- Support end users with technical queries relating to MS products, OS, Networks, and applications.
- Develop an understanding of customers' environment and service delivery requirements.
- Follow established processes and recommend improvements to resolve routine customer enquiries.
- Identify opportunities to develop customer accounts and increase Fujitsu's support.
- Take ownership of listening to and understanding customers' problems and escalate where necessary.
- Diagnose and resolve or enable resolution in a timely manner.
- Deliver required service level and meet or exceed customer expectations.
- Monitor performance through statistical reporting and analysis.
- Act as a team player and demonstrate personal leadership and initiative.
- Take responsibility for learning about current products and systems to build technical knowledge.
Requirements and Experience
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a Helpdesk or customer service role.
- Intermediate communication and conflict resolution skills.
- Advanced personal management, time management, and knowledge of call logging procedures.
- Awareness of ITIL best practice methodology and NV1 AGSVA Security Clearance.
