**Job Title:** Assistant Head of Senior School

We are seeking an experienced educator to join our team as Assistant Head of Senior School. This role is ideal for a motivated and dedicated individual who wants to make a positive impact on the lives of students and staff.

The Assistant Head will play a crucial role in supporting the Head of School and contributing to the college's provision of a quality education that reflects Christian values. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and facilitating outstanding learning opportunities for students, taking a proactive approach to pastoral care and management, and working collaboratively with staff to achieve shared goals.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as a deep understanding of Christian education principles. Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Head of School in leading the senior school

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of College policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in education, preferably in a senior leadership role
  • Proven track record of improving student outcomes and driving educational innovation
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Deep understanding of Christian education principles
