Early Childhood Educator Position

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team of professionals who share a commitment to delivering high-quality learning experiences for young children.

About the Role

This role offers the opportunity to work alongside experienced Senior Educators and Educational Leaders in a well-resourced centre known for its creative arts and community events. As a vital part of our educational team, you will be responsible for developing and enhancing exceptional learning programs that align with the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing high-quality learning programs that cater to the diverse needs of children;
  • Providing a safe and inclusive learning environment that promotes the physical, emotional, social, and cognitive development of children;
  • Building strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues to create a sense of belonging and connection;
  • Participating in professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge;
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized learning environment.

Requirements:

  • Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA approved equivalent);
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards;
  • Current QLD Working with Children Check.
