About the Position:

The Product Complaints Coordinator is responsible for managing product complaints and recall returns, ensuring timely and accurate responses to product quality issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receiving and processing returned products within agreed timelines;
  • Verifying and reconciling returned stock;
  • Coordinating the disposal or vendor return of reconciled stock; and
  • Providing administrative support within the Quality Assurance Department.

  • Background and experience in complaints handling roles;

  • High attention to detail to record accurate information;
  • A proactive approach and inquisitive nature - ability to ask relevant questions to extract information; and
  • A confident, effective communicator with proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence both internal and external stakeholders.
