As the Outlets Manager at Sofitel Brisbane Central, you will be responsible for the overall performance of the food and beverage outlets, including revenue, cost controls, team performance, quality, and guest service experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver luxury a la carte service to guests, greeting and seating, and taking orders.
- Ensure the food and beverage outlets are operating efficiently and profitably.
- Perform stocktake and purchasing for the outlets.
- Follow the hotel's food safety and hygiene procedures, ensuring all areas are clean and tidy.
- Create connections with guests to ensure their expectations are exceeded.
- Assist in recruiting, training, and supervising food and beverage team members.
- Maximise outlet revenue by implementing agreed strategies, practices, and promotions.
- Liaise with the Conference and Events Sales team to plan and organise special functions in the restaurant and bar.
Requirements:
- A luxury service focus, distinguished presence, and elevated emotional intelligence.
- A passion for everything food and beverage.
- Tertiary qualifications in Hospitality Management or a related field, or equivalent food and beverage managerial experience.
- Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to build and maintain stakeholder relationships.
- Ability to multi-task and problem solve within a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in leading others and building a strong team culture.
- A record of high performance and achievement.
