About the Role:


We are seeking a highly motivated Pipeline Engineer to work across multiple projects in Melbourne. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing engineering and technical services to support the safety, reliability, integrity, and long-term value of our assets.



Key Responsibilities:



  • Develop asset class strategies and life-cycle management plans to ensure our assets meet service delivery, asset performance, and commercial requirements.
  • Identify projects required to deliver asset class strategies through the development of high-quality opportunity briefs, options analysis, and scope of work.
  • Provide project engineering support by performing document reviews and technical query management, including participation in design reviews, HAZOP, and other technical meetings.
  • Perform performance monitoring, including compliance to requirements in AS 2885, Jemena specifications, and other relevant codes and standards.
  • Support operational engineering activities, including defect assessment, and participate in risk assessments and safety management studies.


About You:



  • You hold a tertiary qualification in Engineering or a related field.
  • Certified Professional Engineer or Registered Professional Engineer status is highly regarded.
  • You have experience in the oil and gas/pipeline engineering industry and a track record of delivering engineering and technical functions.
  • You possess good knowledge of discipline design standards, specifications, codes, and safety criteria.
