Project Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning: Develop and execute project plans, ensuring timely completion and alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of professionals, providing guidance, support, and resources to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Stakeholder Management: Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and partners.
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks that could impact project success.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate project status, progress, and issues to stakeholders, using various channels and tools.

Requirements:

  • Project Management Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in a maintenance, engineering, or defense environment.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate technical teams, with experience in scheduling, task allocation, and performance monitoring.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging customers, authorities, and internal leadership.
  • Safety Management: Understanding of workplace health and safety policies, with the ability to lead safety meetings and ensure compliance in day-to-day operations.
