Lead Customer Experience Product Specialist
About the Role:
We are seeking a seasoned product specialist to lead our customer experience initiatives in home claims. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and wants to make a direct impact on customer outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver end-to-end solutions aligned with strategic objectives
- Lead agile squads, fostering collaboration and outcome delivery

- Maintain strong relationships across business units and technology teams
Requirements:
- 3+ years' experience in insurance and/or financial services
- Proven experience delivering projects in agile environments, with at least 1 year in a product owner or similar role
- Strong business acumen, data literacy, and customer-led design expertise
- A collaborative mindset, influencing, and communication skills
