About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Coordinator, Retail Operations to join our team at Dexus. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced marketing professional to contribute to the success of our retail operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the planning and execution of retail campaigns across our portfolio, working closely with centre marketing teams to implement marketing plans, budgets, and campaigns.
  • Manage day-to-day digital marketing operations, including supporting the Digital Marketing Manager in creating and implementing digital marketing strategies across all channels.
  • Triage and manage digital marketing requests via intake form, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Collaborate with other disciplines to determine digital and social platforms for campaign execution, including research, commercial, leasing, and more.
  • Upload retailer content on centre channels while maintaining brand identity across centre websites.
  • Develop digital multimedia content, including video, photo briefs, and content, as required.
About You
  • You hold a tertiary qualification or equivalent experience in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • You have experience in an integrated marketing and communications role within a retail shopping centre or national retail marketing environment or commensurate industry.
  • You possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with external advertising/marketing, PR, and web agencies.
  • You have demonstrated success in digital marketing, campaign development, project management, and delivery.
  • You are proficient in digital marketing, with skills in the digital space, including website CMS platforms and social media channels.

Compensation Package

The estimated salary range for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, based on location and experience.
