Merchandise Brand Assistant Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Merchandise Brand Assistant to support our Brand Management team. The successful candidate will have the ability to multitask, work effectively under pressure, and understand the importance of international brands and branding.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Brand Management team in administrative processes, warranty management, and data analytics.
  • Create marketing activities through collaboration with the Marketing team.
  • Maintain regular reporting and pricing activities for vendors and senior management.
  • Owning the warranty process and product, pricing, and database management.
  • Briefing the Wholesale Marketing team on regular marketing requirements.
  • Assisting with event and promotional planning.

Requirements:

  • High-level Excel skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Familiarity with marketing principles or exposure to retail/trade marketing.
  • Able to work effectively without close supervision, with a flexible approach.
  • Retail experience desirable.
  • Studies in marketing/merchandise an advantage.
