Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Care Worker to join our team. As a key member of our care delivery team, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing personal care services such as assisting with daily living tasks, medications, mobility and therapy goals.
  • Assisting with household duties, meal preparation, grocery shopping, and providing social support to clients and their families.
Requirements
  • An Australian Driver's Licence & own insured vehicle.
  • Minimum 3 months experience in a similar role, preferably in aged care.
