Key Responsibilities:

  • Promoting current job openings through various platforms.
  • Conducting phone interviews with numerous candidates daily.
  • Preparing and formatting candidate resumes for client submission.

About You:

  • Ability to leverage diverse recruiting channels and implement creative strategies to attract quality candidates and identify new business opportunities.
  • Experience in recruiting for both white-collar and blue-collar roles within the mining or trades sectors.
  • Proven capability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining quality and timeliness.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, complemented by a professional phone demeanor.
  • Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service consistently.
