About the Job

As our ideal candidate, you will oversee the daily operations of our I-MED Radiology team as Office Supervisor. Your primary responsibility will be to manage the appointment schedule with sonographers and radiographers to maximize productivity.

  • Lead and empower administrative teams to deliver exceptional patient services
  • Drive and manage a clerical team in a dynamic environment
  • Maintain excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ensuring flexibility in a rapidly changing landscape
Accountabilities
  • Provide high-quality reception services to patients and customers
  • Assist the Area Office Manager in planning and managing workforce requirements
  • Ensure accurate data management, invoicing, and receipting processes
  • Offer ongoing feedback, monitoring, and coaching to clerical staff
  • Develop strong relationships with patients, referrers, staff, and managers
