Are you passionate about delivering exceptional results and exceeding customer expectations? We have an exciting opportunity for an Automotive Detailer to join our team in Sydney. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that every vehicle leaves our facility looking its absolute best.

In this hands-on role, you will work part-time on Saturdays and Sundays to detail a wide range of vehicles using premier wash bays and tools. Your attention to detail and pride in delivering clean, polished results are essential for this role. Whether it's cleaning and polishing the interior and exterior of vehicles, or identifying and reporting any cosmetic imperfections, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional results.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering high-quality interior and exterior detailing of vehicles
  • Operating cleaning, buffing, polishing, and waxing tools effectively
  • Identifying and reporting any cosmetic imperfections
  • Taking clear photos and videos for online listings
  • Moving and positioning cars around the facility safely
  • Coordinating with operations and delivery teams to ensure timely preparation

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in automotive detailing or car prep (an asset)
  • A high level of attention to detail and pride in delivering exceptional results
  • Confidence operating detailing equipment and handling a variety of vehicles
  • A positive, self-motivated attitude and ability to work independently
  • The ability to follow processes and maintain high standards consistently
  • A full, valid Australian driver's licence
  • The ability to work on Saturday and Sunday, with potential for overtime and weekday shifts
