Role Overview

This is a detailed and polishing role for customer vehicles in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring a quality finish on all vehicles.

  • Perform external wash & clean of vehicle using available equipment
  • Maintain a clean workspace
  • Cleaning and polishing vehicles once repairs are complete.
  • Ensure the vehicle is cleaned in accordance with documented processes and procedures.
  • Ad hoc duties throughout the repair centre as directed by the Centre Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in achieving a high-quality finish on customer vehicles.
  • Work effectively within a team environment to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Participate in regular training and development activities to improve skills and knowledge.
  • Contribute to maintaining a safe working environment, adhering to all relevant safety protocols.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, engaging with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
