Key Responsibilities
  1. Perform comprehensive hearing screening checks and provide ongoing maintenance training.
  2. Offer tailored customer support, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  3. Schedule appointments through efficient diary management and maintain accurate records.
  4. Identify and capitalize on external lead generation opportunities, implementing local marketing initiatives to drive business growth.
  5. Support clinics in optimizing their performance by providing actionable insights and solution-focused follow-ups.
  6. Provide administrative assistance to Audiologists and clinics, ensuring seamless operations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Prior experience in customer-facing roles or retail environments is highly valued.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are crucial for building strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Proficiency in computer software and technology is necessary for effective task management and data analysis.
  • Previous administration experience is beneficial, although comprehensive training is provided.
  • Sales experience is advantageous, but not mandatory.
  • The ability to travel occasionally may be required, hence possessing a valid driver's license and vehicle is preferred.
