Leadership Opportunity

This newly created role offers a chance to work closely with senior colleagues to develop leadership skills and career development plans.

  • Deliver high-quality legal advice, casework, and representation in complex and/or litigious matters.
  • Provide trauma-informed support in areas including domestic and family violence, child protection, and family law.
  • Supervise and mentor a team of solicitors, including onboarding, performance reviews, and professional development.

The ideal candidate is a people-centred, values-based leader who builds strong relationships, fosters trust, and creates clarity and steadiness in changing situations.

About the Role

As a specialist women's legal service based in Katherine, Northern Territory, you will provide trauma-informed and culturally safe legal support to women and gender-diverse people across the Big Rivers Region.
