Lead Innovation in Child and Family Services

We are seeking an experienced Program Lead to join our team and play a key role in establishing a purpose-built integrated Child and Family hub.

This is an exciting opportunity to work innovatively in a fast-paced environment, leading a multidisciplinary team and making a difference in the lives of families and children in Sydney.

In this role, you will work closely with a research team to co-design the hub with the local community and stakeholders. Once established, you will be responsible for day-to-day management of staff, creating a warm environment for families, and supporting the smooth operation of the hub.
