This role involves delivering high-quality occupational therapy services to children and their families.
As an occupational therapist, you will work with children experiencing various challenges, including Autism, ADHD, sensory processing difficulties, emotional regulation needs, and fine/gross motor delays.
Key responsibilities include conducting assessments and therapies, coaching and supporting parents to extend therapy goals at home/school, contributing to small group programs, collaborating with the allied health team, and participating in regular team meetings and supervision.
You will have the opportunity to shape your caseload around your interests and strengths, working in a collaborative environment that values connection, autonomy, and professional growth.
The ideal candidate will be an empathetic, motivated clinician who enjoys working in a supportive team while maintaining autonomy over their work. They will be passionate about helping children thrive and want to be part of a team that shares those values.
Requirements:- A recognised degree in Occupational Therapy
- Registration with AHPRA (or eligibility for new grads)
- A current Working With Children Check
- Australian working rights
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A genuine interest in working with neurodiverse children
- Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm – no weekend or after-hours work
- Full administrative support for scheduling, billing, and communications
- Laptop and iPad provided
- CPD allowance and regular supervision (internal & external)
