We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Childcare Professional to join our team. As a key member of our centre, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality childcare services that promote the physical, emotional, and cognitive development of children.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with children, parents, and colleagues. You will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating environment that fosters learning and growth, while ensuring the safety and well-being of all children in your care.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality childcare services that meet the needs of each child
  • Develop and implement engaging programs that promote learning and development

  • Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues to ensure seamless transitions and coordination
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with best practices and industry developments
Requirements
  • AQF Certificate IV or higher
  • At least 12 months of recent experience in childcare or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development
