Infection Control Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced infection prevention specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about preventing infections and promoting patient safety.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in infection control and prevention, with experience working in a healthcare setting. They will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance on infection control practices, as well as developing and implementing policies and procedures to prevent the spread of infections.
About the RoleThis role is a key part of our hospital's commitment to providing high-quality patient care. The successful candidate will work closely with our clinical leadership team to develop and implement strategies to prevent infections and promote patient safety.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on infection control practices

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- AHPRA registration with no restrictions
- Hold or working towards ACIPC Foundations of IPC certificate or relevant postgraduate qualification
- Experience working in a healthcare setting, preferably in infection control or prevention
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
