At this level, you will have developed from a competent to a proficient practitioner, supported by both experience and/or further study.
You will play a key role in delivering safe, evidence-based care while actively contributing to the overall functioning of the team and supporting positive patient outcomes.
In addition to your clinical responsibilities, you will accept accountability for your own professional practice, delegate appropriately, and support the development of less experienced staff.
You may also be assigned a specific portfolio aligned with your interests and career development goals, as identified in your performance review.
