Lead Creative Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Creative Director to drive our brand and marketing experiences forward.

About the Role
  • This is an exciting opportunity for a talented designer to lead our multidisciplinary in-house design studio, ensuring visual consistency, brand integrity, and compelling storytelling across web, social, digital content, motion, and events.
  • You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product marketing, strategy, content, and events, to bring bold ideas to life, scale design operations, and mentor others to deliver high-impact, audience-centered work that elevates our global brand presence.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute creative strategies that meet business objectives and user needs.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to understand project requirements and ensure timely delivery of high-quality designs.
  • Mentor junior designers to improve their skills and contribute to the growth of the team.
  • Evaluate and refine design systems and brand guidelines to ensure consistency and scalability.
  • Prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in brand and marketing design within agency or in-house environments.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in branding, visual identity design, web design, graphic design, and art direction.
  • Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and proficiency in creating scalable workflows.
  • Understanding of UX/UI best practices, responsive design, and accessibility standards.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to lead reviews and synthesize feedback.
  • Proven experience managing concurrent projects and partnering with cross-functional teams.
