The RoleWe are seeking a Full-Time Office Manager at Baptcare Karingal Community in Devonport, TAS. This role involves providing comprehensive administrative support to the Residential Care and Services Manager and overseeing various office administration systems within a technology-driven environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient site administration, maintaining staffing levels, and providing leadership experience. A Certificate III in Office Administration and proficiency in rostering systems are preferred.
About YouWe are looking for a candidate with proven expertise in rosters, staff recruitment, and administrative tasks. Proficiency in essential computer applications, such as Word and Excel, is also required. A valid Driver's License is essential for this role.
