The Role:
We are looking for a Full-Time Office Manager at Baptcare Karingal Community, in Devonport, TAS. This role involves providing comprehensive administrative support to the Residential Care and Services Manager and overseeing various office administration systems within a technology-driven environment. It also entails regular interaction with staff, residents, families, and visitors. Adaptability and a positive approach to meeting evolving community needs are essential. The responsibilities encompass roster management, recruitment, administration, procurement, and coordination of the administrative team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure efficient site administration to support resident care and staff management.
- Maintain staffing levels per Manager's directive.
- Leadership experience.
- Certificate III in Office Administration and rostering system proficiency preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and systems.
About You:
- Proven expertise in rosters, staff recruitment, and administrative tasks.
- Proficient in essential computer applications (Word, Excel, etc.).
- Possession of a valid Driver's License is essential.
