Job Description

The Consulting Program Manager will be responsible for leading the delivery of Oracle cloud solutions to our clients. This includes managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful delivery, and building strong relationships with our clients and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the delivery of Oracle cloud solutions to clients, ensuring timely and successful completion of projects
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and resources to meet deadlines
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration
  • Develop and implement project plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives and client needs
  • Manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective delivery and minimizing risks
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring successful delivery and minimizing impact on clients and stakeholders
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in program management, with a strong track record of delivering complex projects on time and on budget
  • Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams, with a strong ability to communicate and collaborate with stakeholders
  • Strong knowledge of cloud solutions and technologies, with a focus on Oracle Cloud
  • Ability to analyze complex business problems and develop effective solutions
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with a focus on building and maintaining high-performing teams
