About the Role

As a Recycler/Storeroom Assistant, you will report to the Production Manager at our store. Your typical day may include:

  • Providing support to the production team
  • Keeping sellable and recyclable items out of landfill
  • Replenishing stock and supplies for each work station
  • Working with your team to meet daily productivity targets
  • Supporting our safety culture

You will also be required to unload deliveries and operate industrial equipment, including balers, bin lifters, and walkie stackers.

Key responsibilities include meeting and engaging with customers and donors, sharing our story, and ensuring excellent service and a meaningful experience.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A flexible schedule to work Part Time hours, Wednesday to Friday - 7:30am - 3:30pm
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment, preferably in retail, production, warehousing, or hospitality
  • The ability to celebrate individuality, drive impact, focus on customer needs, and demonstrate eagerness to learn and do the right thing
