About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Hydraulic Consultant to join our Building Services team in Brisbane. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for undertaking hydraulic design, analysis, and consulting services for a range of projects across our portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Undertake hydraulic design and analysis using technical knowledge to provide solutions to clients on various projects.
  • Deliver projects and manage client relationships, consulting with stakeholders on key project drivers to determine the best hydraulic solutions.
  • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary engineers on major projects, developing and mentoring junior engineers within the business.
  • Support the national Hydraulics team on various projects, gaining exposure to working with senior engineers and enhancing technical knowledge.
  • Be involved in design services including rainwater harvesting, sanitary plumbing and drainage, trade waste drainage, and more.
Requirements
  • Relevant TAFE qualification or engineering degree with QBCC/RPEQ (or working towards).
  • 6+ years' experience in a consulting environment with exposure to Australian standards and codes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at various levels of seniority.
  • Full working knowledge of MS Office suite with exposure to relevant industry software (Revit knowledge preferred).
  • Australian citizenship (or on the pathway) is highly preferred.
