Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Hydraulic Consultant to join our team in Brisbane. As a key member of our Building Services team, you will be responsible for undertaking hydraulic design, analysis, and calculations to provide solutions to clients on a range of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertake hydraulic design and analysis using technical knowledge to provide solutions to clients.
  • Deliver projects and manage client relationships, consulting with stakeholders on key project drivers.
  • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary engineers on major projects and mentor junior engineers.
  • Support the national Hydraulics team on various projects, enhancing your skill set and technical knowledge.
  • Be involved in design services including rainwater harvesting, sanitary plumbing, and drainage.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Relevant TAFE qualification or engineering degree with QBCC/RPEQ (or working towards).
  • 6+ years' experience in a consulting environment with exposure to Australian standards and codes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Full working knowledge of MS Office suite with exposure to relevant industry software (Revit knowledge preferred).
  • Australian citizenship (or on the pathway) is highly preferred.
