We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate health professional to fill the role of Care Partner. In this position, you will serve as a key point of contact for our community team, providing support and care to our clients.
To be successful in this role, you must possess:
- A formal tertiary qualification in nursing or a related field
- Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse (mandatory)
- A national police check and valid First Aid and CPR certificate
- A valid Blue Card
In addition to these qualifications, we look for candidates with:
- Knowledge of the aged care industry and its challenges

- PROVIDING PROFESSIONAL HEALTH ADVICE TO OUR TEAM OF HOME CARE WORKERS
- LIAISING WITH CLIENTS AND THEIR FAMILIES ON A REGULAR BASIS
- Maintaining up-to-date client records and information
