Compassionate Elderly Support Worker Wanted

Caregiver Position
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Caregiver to join our team at a Residential Aged Care Home in Caloundra. As a Caregiver, you will be responsible for providing person-centred care to residents, including bathing, dressing, and toileting.
Main Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality care to residents, demonstrating empathy and understanding.
- Care for residents with varying levels of physical and emotional needs.
- Work collaboratively with Enrolled & Registered Nurses to provide exceptional clinical and personal care.
Key Qualifications:
- Hold a Certificate III in Aged Care (or equivalent).
- Have Medication Assist Competency (desirable).
- Demonstrate an understanding of Aged Care and Residents' rights and responsibilities.
- Show dedication to caring for older people to live their best lives.
