Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven leader to oversee 11 locations, including regional stores in Bunbury, Busselton, Australind, and Esperance. This role requires someone with exceptional leadership skills who can balance day-to-day operational excellence with long-term strategic planning.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Data-Driven Sales Leadership: Drive sales and profitability through informed, metric-led decisions.
  • Strategic Big-Picture Thinking: Balance operational execution with future-focused planning.
  • Safety Leadership: Champion a culture of safety, ensuring team wellbeing and compliance in every store.
  • Inspiring Customer Service Excellence: Lead teams to consistently deliver outstanding in-store experiences that delight customers.
  • Smart Wage & Cost Control: Manage wage spend while maintaining efficiency and service excellence.
  • Future-Ready Talent Building: Develop capable, high-performing teams with clear succession plans.
Requirements
  • Proven Leadership: Delivering results and holding teams accountable in high-performance area management roles, with 5+ years in retail and at least 2+ years leading multi-site operations.
  • Results-Driven Mindset: Self-motivated and committed to achieving short- and long-term goals.
  • Strategic Visionary: Big-picture focus with long-term success in mind.
