About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Senior Support Associate to join our team in Barmera. As a key member of our community, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality support services to individuals who require assistance with daily living activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct client service to persons who are aged, frail or disabled, enabling them to maintain their independence and live safely in their own homes.
  • Work collaboratively with consumers, their families, and other health professionals to achieve positive outcomes and promote consumer well-being.
  • Develop and implement personalized support plans that cater to the unique needs and goals of each client.
Requirements
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, families, and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, exercising discretion and maintaining confidentiality when required.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, ensuring timely delivery of support services and meeting deadlines.
  • Capacity to exercise judgment and initiative in the workplace, making informed decisions that align with organization policies and procedures.
