This is a Senior Executive Role that offers the opportunity to drive transformation across sub-acute, community aged care, disability, Telerehab, and Allied Health services.
About the Job- Lead a multi-disciplinary workforce in delivering high-quality, patient-centred care.
- Clinical governance, strategic policy development, and operational management of significant budgets.
- Advocate for the pivotal role of Community and Allied Health in patient care and contribute to statewide and national health policies.
- Develop and implement Community and Allied Health strategies aligned with the SA Health Care Plan and RMCLHN's strategic objectives.
- Manage a substantial budget to ensure efficient and effective use of resources.
- Direct a large team across multiple disciplines to promote integration, professional development, and excellence in care.
- Influence policy and practice reform at local, state, and national levels.
- Higher qualifications in healthcare relevant to the role.
- Extensive experience in leading and managing allied health staff within complex settings.
- Proven ability to manage human, financial, and material resources effectively.
- Expertise in health policy, strategic planning, and program development.
- Demonstrated experience in leading large-scale change initiatives.
