Job Description

As Campaign Lead, you will be accountable for:

  1. Leveraging market research to guide impactful advertising strategies and content development.
  2. Developing campaign planning cycles, encompassing above- and below-the-line activities.
  3. Providing expert advice and support on campaign development to senior leaders.
  4. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate below-the-line and earned media efforts.
  5. Designing effective consumer education advertising campaigns that meet relevant guidelines.
  6. Responding to changing priorities, identifying issues, and making decisions to achieve key outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  1. Tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications, or public relations.
  2. At least 7-10 years of experience working in large government agencies or listed corporate environments, delivering scale government advertising campaigns.
  3. Demonstrated excellent written, verbal, analytical, and presentation skills.
  4. Experience working in agile organisations, regulated industries, and managing high-performing teams.
  5. Expertise in storytelling and executive-level communication, collaboration, and influencing skills.
