Job Description

We're on the lookout for Front of House team members to join our teams at Strike and Holey Moley in Point Cook, VIC.

As a Front of House team member, you'll be responsible for creating and delivering unforgettable guest experiences with your energy and top-tier service mindset. You'll drive sales on every shift, understand daily goals and challenges, and work with your team to succeed.

You'll take pride in your venue, making sure it's well-stocked and ready to impress at all times. You'll own your space, being trained in all areas and whether you're behind the bar, at reception, or running a function, you'll bring your A game.

Most importantly, you'll follow all safety and compliance procedures to keep guests and your teammates safe. You'll also take the opportunities to go above and beyond and anticipate our guests' needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Customer service, hospitality or retail experience and a love for building customer rapport
  • A passion for fun and a love of interacting with a diverse range of guests - teens, kids and adults
  • Great availability, must be available on weekends and nights
  • A valid RSA certificate and WWCC or keenness to get them
