Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the position of Spatial Design Specialist. This role involves working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality spatial design solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve spatial design challenges.
  • Provide guidance and input to senior consultants on spatial design matters.
  • Develop detailed spatial designs based on consultant briefs.
  • Contribute to the development of premium display homes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Certificate IV in Residential Drafting or Diploma of Building Design & Technology.
  • At least 3 years' experience in residential drafting with a Perth project builder using ArchiCAD.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, R-Codes, and NCC requirements.
  • Creative eye with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage deadlines under pressure.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
  • Positive, team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic.
