Job Title:

Senior Developer - Blast Design Expert

Location: Australia and remote locations.

About the role:

Our team is looking for a skilled developer to create next-generation 3D blast design tools. As a member of our Digital Solutions team, you will work with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet customer needs. Your primary focus will be designing and implementing advanced algorithms for spatial data processing and developing user-friendly interfaces.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing and implementing complex algorithms for large-scale spatial data analysis.
  • Developing high-performance software applications using C# or similar languages.
  • Collaborating with Product Managers, Engineers, Business Analysts, UX designers, and Subject Matter Experts to build robust software solutions.
  • Ensuring seamless integration of software with practical customer needs.
  • Working in an agile environment to meet project deadlines.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in C# or similar programming languages.
  • Experience working with large 3D datasets and spatial algorithm development.
  • Understanding of 3D rendering fundamentals and low-level graphics APIs.
  • UI/UX design experience with a focus on usability and performance.
  • Ability to write high-performance algorithms for computationally intensive tasks.
  • Proven success in cross-functional team environments delivering robust and high-quality software.
  • Basic knowledge of Geographic Information Systems (GIS).
  • Familiarity with 3D modeling or CAD tools like Blender, AutoCAD, or similar platforms.
