Job Title: Organic Social and Communications Manager

We're seeking a talented Organic Social, Events and Communications professional to lead our social media strategy across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with business objectives
  • Lead influencer and creator programs, including macro collaborations and community engagement
  • Launch new product gifting programs and manage brand activations
  • Identify and partner with key brands and charities for integrated campaigns
  • Maintain a forward-looking social content calendar and schedule content aligned to campaign goals
  • Provide monthly performance reporting and insights to guide future work
  • Work with our PR agency to brief in earned media opportunities and drive positive press
Requirements:
  • 5+ years experience in-house or in an agency environment, ideally working with retail or ecommerce brands
  • Proven ability to build and manage social accounts, with a clear understanding of what drives engagement across platforms
  • A strong creative eye and excellent copywriting skills, with a natural flair for crafting platform-native content
  • Confident behind and in front of the camera, comfortable being a visible part of our brand voice
  • Hands-on experience managing events and activations, from concept through to delivery
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented, with project management skills to juggle multiple workstreams and priorities
  • A data-driven mindset, with experience analysing performance metrics and applying insights to optimise content and campaign strategies
  • A collaborative team player who brings positive energy, creativity and curiosity to cross-functional work
  • A deep passion for pets and pet parents, and a desire to create meaningful brand experiences
