Senior Family Lawyer Role

This is a senior family lawyer position with a boutique practice.

The firm seeks an experienced lawyer to handle complex family law cases across property, parenting, domestic violence, financial agreements, and mediations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage complex family law cases independently and as part of a strong team
  • Draft clear agreements and applications; represent clients in mediations and court proceedings
  • Provide guidance and support to junior lawyers while contributing to the firm's future direction
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in family law
  • In-depth knowledge of property and parenting matters, along with strong communication skills
  • Ability to balance independence with teamwork and maintain composure under pressure
