">Job Description:">

We are seeking an experienced and skilled family lawyer to join our team as Special Counsel. The role is based on the Gold Coast, offering a unique opportunity to shape and expand our family law presence in Queensland.

As a Senior Family Lawyer, you will guide clients through significant personal and financial life changes, handling complex matters such as separation, divorce, and de facto relationships.

Key responsibilities include negotiating and drafting binding financial agreements, handling property settlements involving businesses, companies, and trusts, and representing clients in parenting disputes.

">Required Skills and Qualifications:">
  • ">
  • Minimum 10 years PAE in family law with proven experience across both property and parenting matters">
  • Practical and commercially minded with excellent technical skills">
  • Skilled at managing complex client relationships with empathy and professionalism">
  • Experienced in mentoring junior lawyers and fostering a positive team culture">
