**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our buying team as a Retail Buying Support Professional. This role will provide administrative support to our buyers, ensuring seamless operations and efficient decision-making.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Provide general support during meetings with suppliers, including coordination of appointments, events, and meetings.

- Build relationships and act as a point of contact for both suppliers and internal stakeholders, managing communication and resolving issues.

- Raise purchase orders, process shipping documents, and invoices, and assist with disputes or issues with suppliers.

- Coordinate delivery schedules and shipping dates, ensuring timely receipt of goods.

- Work closely with buyers to monitor sales, identify trends, and optimize inventory levels.

- Assist with market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends, pricing, and competitor information.

- Prepare reports to provide insights and support decision-making.

**Requirements:**

- High attention to detail and strong numeracy and analytical skills.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as computer literacy.

- Sound knowledge of Microsoft 365, including Excel.

- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize, and manage workloads effectively.

- Outgoing and friendly personality, with a can-do attitude.

- Common sense, enthusiasm, integrity, and flexibility.

- Keen to learn and participate in training sessions.

- Ability to work effectively both individually and in a team environment.
