About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team in a retail position within our Buys and Loans Department.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Identifying and capitalizing on opportunities to achieve KPI targets by actively seeking pricing feedback and trends
  • Building strong, lasting relationships with customers through active listening and understanding their needs
  • Effectively communicating pricing, valuation, and pawnbroking options to customers

About You

Candidates should have:

  • Proven experience in delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail environment
  • An interest in technology, gaming, collectables, jewellery or tools and hardware
  • Strong communication skills that build rapport, trust, and demonstrate empathy
