Business Process Enhancement Specialist

Role Overview
The Change team works on several projects aligned to the Operations division supporting Commodities and Global Markets business. The team's projects have a strong innovation and automation focus, as well as driving ongoing development of data Governance environment.
As a Change Analyst / Manager, you will work closely with Senior Data Business Analyst on delivering Operations elements of the project to data consumers and producers. You will support your team in working with architecture and technology teams to understand business processes, interpret patterns in business & data flows, and then use those data-driven insights to enhance business processes.
Your Responsibilities
- Experience working in Operations in a Financial Services environment.
- Excellent Communications skills.
- Ability to understand, analyse and present data.
- Desire to learn how to document all elements of the Data Governance process.
- Strong teamwork ability to allow you to collaborate effectively on the projects data solutions.
- Prior experience in a regulatory driven environment would also be advantageous.
